Returns & Refunds

At Ozi Varmints, we take great pride in the quality and design of our garments. We are happy to offer a 100% money back refund on all orders, if the garment is faulty or if you change your mind.

For changes of mind, the items must be in “as new” condition, with swing tickets still attached. If you wish to exchange sizes please send the garment back with a copy of your receipt and a request to exchange with the new item. Return freight is at the cost of the purchaser.

If you consider the garment to have a manufacturing fault, please send it back with a copy of the receipt, ideally with swing tickets still attached and we will endeavour to establish the reason for the fault. If it is indeed a manufacturing fault and we are certain it is not due to lack of proper garment care, we will replace your item or provide a 100% refund (and an apology!)

Care

A word on washing - Our garments are manufactured to take all kinds of wear and tear with top stitching to strengthen seams, however poor washing techniques such as drying garments in direct sun and drying in tumble dryers will shorten the garment’s life. With Please rinse your swimwear straight away, particularly after use in chlorine pools. Do not leave wet on floors as colours may run. Do not roll in a towel as this puts chlorine back onto the garment. We are happy to refund or send you a replacement garment if you are not 100% satisfied with our products.
